What Meyer means by explaining that lie is a cooperative act is that it is for sure. People will let others deceive them or tell them false statements that may seem truthful but in reality, they are not. Whether it is from people we trust like friends or family or another classmate, we all have experienced these moments where we are lied to. People lie to hide secrets, cover up something, make you find out the truth, and many other ways. Lying is cooperative because it is something that can occur easily any day of the week. The top 5 skills that I wish to gain are self-confidence, oral and written communication, leadership, problem-solving, and a better work ethic. I wish to gain more self-confidence so I can make decisions in my future life and career and contribute as a good employee. Gaining self-confidence will help me believe that I can find good opportunities for me at work and out of work to live happily and work hard and believe in what I do. I also wish to become better at explaining and writing papers or letters to be prepared to write reports and other materials in my future job. I want to become a better leader to lead by example and prepare to manage and lead people with the right information and success. I wish to become a better leader so people can trust me and look up to me to count on me for help and advice. With problem-solving, I want to improv...

I wish I would've been told more about the opportunities that exist at college. There are many more opportunities than just clubs. There are service opportunities, jobs, and many ways to connect with others that haven't been introduced and used in high school. I wish in high school there would be some ways I was taught about time management because there are times where you may have no homework, or you may have a good amount, and with a busy schedule, you have to learn to take on those tasks on your o...
